Role: Senior WalkMe Developer (Offshore)

We are seeking a highly experienced WalkMe Developer with deep expertise in building scalable digital adoption solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills combined with UX understanding and experience working on complex enterprise platforms such as SAP.

Must-Have Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience with:
  • Smart Walk-Thrus
  • SmartTips
  • Launchers
  • ShoutOuts
  • Onboarding flows & in-app guidance
• Strong proficiency in:
  • JavaScript
  • HTML
  • CSS
• Proven experience implementing WalkMe on enterprise platforms, especially:
  • SAP (S/4HANA, Fiori)
  • Other complex web applications
• Strong understanding of:
  • UX principles
  • Digital adoption best practices
• Experience with:
  • WalkMe Insights & Analytics
  • Usage tracking, reporting, and optimization
• Ability to:
  • Translate business processes into reusable WalkMe solutions
  • Design scalable and maintainable assets

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or rollout programs
• Familiarity with:
  • SAP Enable Now
  • Other digital learning tools
• Knowledge of:
  • Change management practices
  • Training and enablement strategies

Experience Level

• 7–15 years of total experience
• Strong specialization in WalkMe development (Senior-level expertise)
