Position Title QA Lead / QA Practice Manager – Tricentis Tosca Experience Required 12+ Years Location Hyderabad, Noida, Nagpur Employment Type Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with 12+ years of overall testing experience and strong expertise in setting up and scaling a QA Practice from scratch. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca, test automation strategy, framework setup, CI/CD integration, stakeholder management, and leading large QA teams across multiple enterprise applications. The candidate should be capable of defining QA processes, building reusable automation frameworks, driving best practices, and establishing governance for enterprise-wide testing programs. Key Responsibilities • Build and establish a QA Practice from scratch for enterprise applications. • Define overall QA strategy, test governance model, and automation roadmap. • Create test planning, test estimation, and test execution frameworks. • Lead QA teams across manual, automation, API, integration, regression, and UAT testing. • Drive automation transformation initiatives using Tricentis Tosca. • Design reusable automation frameworks for Web, API, Mobile, SAP, Salesforce, and ERP applications. • Implement and manage Tricentis Tosca ecosystem including: o Tosca Commander o Tosca Server o Tosca License Management o Distributed Execution (DEX) o Tosca DI o Tosca SAP o Tosca Database o LiveCompare o qTest Integration • Define and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, and GitHub. • Establish best practices for regression optimization, test coverage improvement, and maintenance reduction. • Lead offshore/onshore teams and coordinate with business, development, and project stakeholders. • Conduct code reviews, automation reviews, and mentor QA engineers. • Manage defect lifecycle, risk analysis, test reporting, and quality metrics. • Drive automation for Salesforce, SAP, ERP, CPQ, CRM, API, and Banking applications. • Ensure integration of QA processes with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices. • Support migration of legacy automation tools/scripts into Tricentis Tosca. • Participate in architecture discussions and define enterprise QA standards. Required Skills Core QA & Leadership • 12+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance • Strong experience in building and managing QA practices • Experience leading QA teams of 10+ members • Strong stakeholder management and client interaction skills • Strong experience in test strategy, estimation, planning, governance, and reporting • Experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps environments Tricentis Tosca Expertise • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca • Strong experience in all Tosca modules: o Modules o Test Cases o Requirements o Execution Lists o Configuration Parameters • Hands-on experience with: o DEX setup and execution o Tosca Server setup and upgrades o License configuration o Test Data Management o Vision AI engine o Custom reports and dashboards o Recovery and cleanup scenarios o Distributed execution • Experience integrating Tosca with qTest, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, and reporting tools Automation & Technical Skills • Strong experience in Automation Framework Design and Development • Expertise in Web, API, Mobile, Desktop, SAP, and Salesforce automation • Strong knowledge of Selenium, Provar, Testim, AccelQ, Postman, SoapUI, Newman, and WebDriverIO • Experience with BDD, Cucumber, Gherkin, JavaScript, Chai Assertions • Experience in API Automation and REST services testing • Strong knowledge of SQL, XML, XPath, and database validation • Experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation from scratch Domain Experience • Salesforce Testing • SAP Testing (MM, SD, FICO, PP, WM, OTC, PTP) • Banking Domain • CRM / ERP Applications • CPQ Applications • Healthcare, Hospitality, Telecom, and Entertainment domains Preferred Qualifications • ISTQB Certification • Tricentis Tosca Certifications • qTest Certification • SAP Testing Certification • Salesforce Testing / Salesforce Admin Certification • Engineering Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Preferred Candidate Profile • Candidate should have prior experience setting up QA practice, automation COE, or testing transformation initiatives. • Candidate should have experience in defining reusable test assets and enterprise automation standards. • Candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and client-facing capabilities. • Candidate should be comfortable working in global delivery models with onsite and offshore teams. • Candidate with exposure to Salesforce, SAP, and Banking projects will be highly preferred.
