Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Lead / Salesforce Testing Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce testing, stakeholder coordination, and close collaboration with development teams. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in manual and automation testing across Salesforce platforms and should be capable of leading QA initiatives, defining testing strategies, and driving end-to end quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Salesforce QA and testing activities across projects.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, and project managers.
• Work closely with development teams for defect resolution and quality improvements.
• Create and manage test strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution reports.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, API, and UAT testing.
• Lead defect tracking, triage, and resolution discussions.
• Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the QA lifecycle.
• Support release management and regression planning.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members.
• Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams when required.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in Salesforce testing.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce Classic.
• Hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.
• Strong experience in API testing and integration testing.
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and QA processes.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, qTest, ALM, or TestRail.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with developers and business teams.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in Salesforce automation testing using tools like Tosca, Selenium, Provar, Testim, or AccelQ.
• Salesforce certification preferred.
• Experience in CI/CD, Jenkins, ADO, GitHub, or related tools.
• Exposure to banking, ERP, SAP, or CRM projects is an advantage.
• Experience in leading QA teams and managing testing deliverables. Preferred Candidate Profile:
