- Validate all requirements and create a quote
- Determine margin profile related to
customer and OEM on behalf of Denali
- Receive PO from customer and validate
accuracy
- Validate if the current part number is
accurate
- Participate in weekly department and
customer status meetings
- Work within defined Service Level
Agreements (SLA)
- Conduct effective communication with
Denali sales and operations personnel
- Provide quality service to Denali’s
internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding
Denali Values at all times
- Work on multiple complex high-priority
projects and provide timely support to deliver within scope, budget, and
timelines
- Work cross-functionally with Services Operations
on non-standard quote requirements (i.e. bundling HW/SW quotes and
Services pricing)
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and
willingness to assist sales to win opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned

1-3 Years of Experience

administrative support or order processing experience

or procurement-related experience

Licensing/Certifications
are not required; Manufacture
Sales Certifications or Sales Acumen Training and Salesforce CRM experience
