Hands-on Beacon build experience, a strong understanding of clinical workflows, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support patient workflows within the Epic Beacon module

• Lead and participate in system build, configuration, and enhancements

• Support optimization initiatives to improve oncology workflows and system performance

• Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance activities

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with clinical teams

• Provide go-live and post-go-live support as needed

• Maintain documentation for build, workflows, and system changes

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Epic Beacon Certification (required)

• Healthcare industry experience required

• Experience implementing and supporting oncology workflows in Epic Beacon

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with clinical, operational, and IT teams

• Experience with system testing, upgrades, and optimization initiatives preferred
