STANDARD SKILLSET ROLE: BUSINESS ANALYST AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
MUST HAVE: O365 EXPERIENCE, CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERIENCE, BUSINESS ANALYST EXPERIENCE
GOOD TO HAVE: EDI X-12 EXPERIENCE, DATA ANALYTICS (TABLEAU), XML EXPERIENCE, RAILROAD EXPERIENCE, BASIC PROGRAMING KNOWLEDGE (SCRIPTING).
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: MID LEVEL, 4- 8 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH BUSINESS ANALYST AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
DESIRED PROFILE:
- VERY STRONG IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT SKILLS.
- VERY STRONG IN BUSINESS ANALYST SKILLS (RAILROADING AND ELECTRONIC MESSAGING)
- VERY GOOD ANALYTICAL SKILLS AND PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITY.
- SHOULD HAVE EXPERTISE IN ANY OF THE TWO FOLLOWING ELECTRONIC MESSAGING FORMATS: EDI, XML, JSON, FLAT FILE, ISA, AAR, OR CLM.
- GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH O365 SUITE OF APPS.
- VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
- BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF PROGRAMING CONCEPTS (VARIABLE. LOOPS, DATA STRUCTURES, FUNCTION CALLS)
- KNOWLEDGE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGY IS A PLUS.
- MUST BE CAPABLE OF TAKING CUSTOMER CALLS AND WORKING TOWARD SOLUTIONS INDEPENDENTLY
- STRONG BACKGROUND CULTURE OF UNDERSTANDING CUSTOMERS' NEEDS AND WORKING TOWARD SOLUTIONS.
