Core Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define problems, requirements, and data needs
• Translate complex initiatives into clear, structured business requirements
• Facilitate discussions across development, data, QA, infrastructure, and business teams
• Leverage AI/LLM tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and solution design
• Break down large initiatives into phased, actionable deliverables
• Identify dependencies and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support project timelines, priorities, and delivery alignment
• Assist with UAT coordination and validation
• Investigate production issues and support root cause analysis
• Provide ongoing support for product and process improvements

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 4+ years of business analysis or process analysis experience
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience with MS Project, Visio, and SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects

AI / LLM Experience (Required)

• Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Comfortable with prompt engineering
• Experience applying AI to:
