WMS / Supply Chain Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced WMS / Supply Chain Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives in distribution center operations and warehouse automation. This role focuses on optimizing inventory sourcing across multiple distribution centers, integrating advanced warehouse systems, and driving automation projects that leverage robotics and AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain and warehouse management system (WMS) projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Drive initiatives to optimize order fulfillment by sourcing from multiple DCs and locations.
• Oversee automation and robotics integrations, including conveyor systems and Honeywell software/hardware deployments.
• Manage full project lifecycle—from planning and requirements through implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
• Partner with stakeholders across supply chain, engineering, operations, and leadership to align on priorities and deliverables.
• Provide clear, proactive status reporting while identifying and removing roadblocks before they impact timelines.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven success managing large-scale WMS, automation, or distribution center projects.
• Hands-on experience with conveyors, robotics, and warehouse automation technologies.
• Familiarity with Honeywell software and hardware in warehouse or industrial settings.
• Ability to drive projects to completion and proactively remove blockers.

Desired Skills

• Background in AI/ML-enabled supply chain projects.
• Experience delivering integration projects full-cycle (planning through go-live).
• Exposure to smart warehouse or advanced robotics platforms.
• Prior work in regulated, safety-driven environments.
