Our client, a globally recognized specialty chemicals and advanced materials manufacturer headquartered in the Phoenix metro area, is looking for a Customer Development Representative to join their growing team. What You’ll Do
• Manage and grow a dedicated book of customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for orders, inquiries, and issue resolution
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central experience is a strong plus)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and operations to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Handle financial transactions including invoicing, credits, and account reconciliation
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
• Analyze customer trends and identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction and drive growth
• Support the team during peak periods and adapt to shifting priorities with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of customer service or account management experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Business Central is a significant plus
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits
This position starts as a temp-to-hire placement through Staffing Technologies at a competitive hourly rate based on experience. Upon conversion to direct employment, you’ll have access to one of the most robust total compensation packages in the Phoenix market, including:
• Base salary of $52,000 – $58,000 (DOE) with quarterly and year-end bonus opportunities
