Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Guest Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the Main Desk
- Greet and warmly welcome all visitors, operators, vendors, and team members
- Create and distribute visitor badges and name tags
- Ensure all guests are properly checked in and directed to the appropriate location
- Maintain a professional, organized, and inviting front desk environment
- Administrative Support
- Provide daily administrative support to the Support Center
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office tasks
- Proactively identify needs and take initiative without being prompted
- Technology & Systems
- Utilize ticketing systems such as Service Gateway / ServiceNow to submit, track, and manage service requests
- Support internal teams with basic troubleshooting coordination
