We are currently seeking a Critical Facility Manager to join our growing team.

Reporting to the VP of operations, this role involves managing a team of Critical Facilities Technicians so the manager in this role must be hands-on, and able to train, coach and mentor the team of technicians who will be providing maintenance, and troubleshooting of our 24x7 facility operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to):

-Team management

- Training

- Mentoring/Coaching for the role.

- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical and non-critical equipment

- Maintain and operate various mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, generators, fire detection and suppression, life safety systems, temperature control systems, and building management systems

- Coordinate and supervise electrical operations, maintenance, and energy management programs

- Ensure compliance with all change control processes

- Schedule and oversee preventive, contracted, and general maintenance activities

- Follow standard operating procedures and maintenance work instructions

- Operate and monitor critical system equipment, overseeing work efforts including third-party contractors

- Respond promptly to emergency situations and customer concerns

- Monitor building operations during scheduled shifts

- Evaluate and assign safe work responsibilities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma and minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical or mechanical critical facilities support; or 7+ years' experience as an HVAC or mechanical/electrical technician

- Electrical/mechanical certifications preferred

- Willingness to work overtime and longer shifts, including day/night/weekend/holiday shifts

- Proficiency in MS Office
