Our Online Store, together with Retail Stores, is a fast-paced and ever-evolving business environment. We are seeking an experienced User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Project Manager, to represent Retail business, and to manage and drive testing as part of a major multi-year SAP migration. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•             Responsible for project managing simultaneous medium-to-large cross-functional UAT initiatives, and delivering them in line with key project milestones.

•             Develop deep subject matter expertise of E2E customer journeys, Order to Cash business processes, and impacted systems.

•             Ability to dynamically develop and drive comprehensive cross-functional UAT strategies.

•             Collaborate with multiple UAT partner teams to connect the dots and stitch across them to drive success.

•             Develop and sustain strong and trusted relationships with all cross-functional partners.

•             Manage, plan and organise activities and tasks throughout UAT planning and execution phases.

•             Lead, take proactive action, and provide goal-oriented direction in the face of ambiguity.

•             Keep the extended team informed, and ensure accountability to the resolution of key issues.

•             Lead test resources required for successful execution of projects.

•             Provide input to and shape the UAT management processes in-line with industry best practices.

•             Demonstrates strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

•             Detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

•             Ability to clearly organise and inform through excellent written and verbal communications.

•             Possesses a through understanding of the Project Lifecycle.

•             Detailed knowledge of the various SAP solutions and their relevance to business.

•             Testing experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations.

•             Exhibit a real passion for innovation shown through creative strategies and continuous process improvement.

Education & Experience

•             Bachelor’s Degree.

•             3-5 years UAT Project Management experience.
