You'll be joining the Industry Solution Marketing team, working on and supporting innovative go to market strategies across our global Solution portfolio.

 
About the role
The Industry Solution Marketing Contractor will work across the team in support of our global go-to-market and sales enablement strategies to support our expansive growth across target industries. You will contribute to cross-functional projects while maintaining a good rapport with our global Solution Marketing stakeholders. 


This role offers a great opportunity to get hands-on experience across several key Solution and Industry Marketing competencies working closely with industry leaders in support of the creation of compelling product documentation and sales packages.
Key responsibilities
• Support the go-to-market strategy for industries, including internal and external collateral development, sales enablement, customer communication and messaging.
• Work on cross-functional and collaborative campaigns and support the launch of programs.
• Support the execution of cross-functional campaigns in support of effective sales and pre-sales enablement programs.
• Partner with key stakeholders across the Solution Marketing and Corporate Marketing departments in support of the launch of market-leading events and customer and prospect campaigns.
• Help develop creative and compelling content, including product documentation, videos, webinars, presentations, FAQs and sales sheets.

 
About you
• Results-driven marketing professional with a proven ability to deliver commitments on time while achieving or exceeding business goals
• Ability to write concisely and effectively communicate internally and externally. Distill detail into key messages and create impactful marketing messages.
• Plan, structure and execute complex projects, working effectively in matrixed environments across multiple virtual teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-organizationally.
• Experience designing sales collateral based on sales conversations, calls, market research, and own expertise.
• Objectivity and openness to others' views and continuously builds a positive team spirit.

We are looking for an individual to help our team achieve operational excellence with our marketing asset creation function. Reporting to the Senior Director of Industry Solutions Marketing, you will help us scale projects across 8 industries including, but not limited to: website pages and content, email communications, collateral, PowerPoint decks, and other customer facing assets. Help to create and deliver industry content/assets that support market awareness and consideration and field enablement. Perform a range of staff and operational support activities needed to help industry marketing scale faster. Update and create PowerPoint and Excel presentations under direction of marketing staff on various topics depending on team need and work on marketing special projects as directed. 


About You: Required background and skills: 

1-3 years of relevant experience Proficient with Microsoft Office Knowledge and experience with Google Productivity Suite (Docs, Slides, Drive, Sheets)

Experience with Adobe Workfront and Salesforce a plus. 

Must be able to work independently, deliver exceptional projects on time and can multi-task, collaborate and communicate effectively.


Compensation: 20-22.58 Hourly W2
