We are looking for Business Analyst candidates with a background in sourcing/contracting for a long-term, remote opportunity with a client in the financial/banking industry. 

 

Overview

•             Contract and negotiate agreements. Conduct RFx activity by leading cross functional stakeholder groups

•             Manage execution, renewal, and/or termination of existing contracts in a timely manner & accordance with the Bank's risk appetite

•             Conduct RFx activity by leading cross functional stakeholder groups

•             Sourcing contract analyst. Ability to negotiate Amendments, Statement of Work, Change Orders and complete termination letters ensuring FCB standard terms and conditions are included in support of the Bank's risk framework. Providing exceptional customer service to Business Owners in support of the contracting process. Manage execution, renewal, and/or termination of existing contracts in a timely manner & accordance with the Bank's risk appetite.

•             Project Management - Leads projects for strategic Bank initiatives that may involve multiple vendors. Provides analysis, action plans, and cost containment strategies. Supports project timeline and expectations through a variety of tasks that enable project success.

•             Relationships - Manages enterprise vendor relationships including the establishment of ongoing requirements and action plans for cost containment and vendor road mapping.

 

Must be experienced in the following areas:

•             3 years' experience leading RFx Activity

•             3 years' experience with contract management

•             3 years' experience with customer service

•             3 years' experience with relationship management

•             2 years' experience with project management

•             2 years' experience with contract negotiations

•             2 years' experience with business support
