In this role, you will work closely with our TA Workforce Strategy team to manage a portfolio of projects. Act as the project manager for 3-4 projects that deliver data & planning solutions that require transformation of tools & processes. Success for these projects involves collaboration with TA, People Analytics, People Operations, Business Technology, as the HR Portfolio council.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
• You will be a key point of contact for key stakeholders. By building positive relationships across the Workday organization and an understanding of the teams' project priorities and challenges, you will become the trusted advisor our colleagues know to call on for help navigating the process.
• A key responsibility of this important position is to advise on project milestones required for success. Ensure correct project status and timelines are consistently reflected in the Asana tool. In this role you will build and execute the plans, including scheduling meeting, gaining stakeholder alignment, developing content for critical meetings, leading workstream meetings.
• You will facilitate decision alignment by working cross-functionally across leadership levels. to help the requested teams understand the support needed for their project and will own the commitment gathering process.
• You will support PMO team reporting by delivering timely, informative, accurate metrics and charts to contribute to PMO scorecard status reports or in response to other ad hoc requests for management reporting.
• You will facilitate the change mgmt. & enablement efforts for the projects.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, planning or related field required.
• 5 years portfolio, program, or project management experience required.
• Transformation project leadership experience for efforts that high scope technology, process and reporting changes, preferably in HR or an operational function.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
• Strong familiarity with Asana and Smartsheet required; high level skill preferred.
• Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft and Google tools (Excel, PPT, Google slides/sheets/docs)
