• Best vs. Average - The ideal resume should include Engineering experience and management experience and the candidate should be able to engage at a personal level and be able to understand technical terminology.

Job Description

Seeking a technical program manager to assist the security program to drive implementation of security controls in the form of a baseline across internal Azure cloud tenants across Microsoft. This role will interface with cross functional and engineering teams on technical and business issues. Support creation and/or review multiple functional, technical, and/or analytical information that will be used in making decisions on how security controls should be implemented, automated, and reported on. Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Provide program/project schedules and status reports.

Typical Day in the Role

• Purpose of the team- Team is responsible for help teams within Microsoft define and implement the configurations that align to their teams security standards and maintain compliance.

• Key projects - This role will be focused on security baselines that will support azure attendance across Microsoft, PM and involved with technical aspects • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm

This role will be made up of 30-40% meetings, 10-20% following up with action items, and 40% Analysis work, working on proposals, and acting on action items
