The Video team within Our Services Organization is looking for an assistant to drive executive-level admin management for ~3 executives.

You are a collaborative team member with a friendly work style, who can multi-task, prioritize and take initiative. 

This role requires a high level of attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Anticipation of needs, assessment of what is important and what is not, and discretion are of the utmost importance for this role.

 

Primary responsibilities are calendar management, travel coordination, team and office management.

A successful candidate would be a collaborative team member with a friendly work style who knows when to be firm and when to inquire further.

Education:

Bachelors degree preferred
