As the Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the I&D analytics team which delivers data-driven insights to support our teams and Apple as company deliver on our promise to make the world more inclusive and just.

Role
Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
Key KSAOs/Competencies:
Strong visualization skills and experience building and managing Tableau dashboards
Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries
Analyze and interpret qualitative and statistical data
An in-depth understanding of I&D and/or cultural research
Oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Gives full attention to what others are saying, taking time to understand the points being made and asking questions as appropriate
Identifies complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining detail oriented
Proficiency in being flexible and adaptable according to the changing needs and priorities of the organization
Self-directed problem solver willing to work in a highly matrixed organization
Description:
Help develop, optimize, and manage SQL queries for upcoming projects, such as labor force benchmarking and transition to Workday
Help transition existing Tableau workbooks to new datasources, implement accessibility enhancements, and develop new workbooks as needed.
Perform ad hoc analysis such as custom reports, Tableau dashboards, presentations, and technical documents to support urgent requests and larger initiatives
Analyze and interprets quantitative and qualitative I&D data to identify key insights and shape global recommendations for future practices
Follows data quality practices to ensure confidence in analysis and insights provided
Build and maintain strong knowledge of I&D industry data practices
Support additional analysis as needed
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
I&D experience preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics and data
Proficient in Numbers, Microsoft Excel, or equivalent tools
Additional Requirements
Experience with Python or other scripting languages preferred
Experience with Workday is preferred (it would be a plus point of they have a Workday experience)
User experience with Apple hardware and software products is preferred
Compensation: 50-57.04 Hourly W2
