Drive programs/projects from project initiation through delivery. Interface with partners on technical and business issues. Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented. Provide Product Managers & key stakeholders with technical and/or analytical information. Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Provide program/project schedules and status reports.

Typical Day in the Role
• Purpose of the team- The purpose of this team is to Work within the EU Data Boundary to store and process customer data for our major commercial enterprise online services, including Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
• Key projects - This role will focus on producing technical content including blogs, white papers,etc. & taking sets of requirements from an engineering team and translating it into externally facing customer content. Essentially, meeting with the engineering teams to take the engineering content and then leveling it up so that it is marketing CELA and NATO friendly.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm -This role will be made up of 30% meetings, 60% digesting and writing content, 10% read out to small groups.

Candidate Requirements
• Years of Experience Required - 10years of overall experience in the field • Degrees or certifications required - The role does not require a particular degree or certification • Disqualifiers - There are no automatic disqualifiers • Best vs. Average - The ideal resume would showcase a background in privacy, trust, and compliance.

• Performance Indicators - Performance will be assessed based on quality of work 

Top 3 Hard Skills Required o Minimum 5 years of Program Manager experience o Minimum 5 years of Technical writing experience o Minimum 5 years of background/experience in security, compliance, and trust

Compensation: 60-64.52 Hourly W2 (Open to C2C)
