About the Role
Workday's Accounts Receivable Team is continuing to expand and we're seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst- Payments who wants to make their mark on a growing organization. This role will work with multiple departments within the company. To be successful in this role, the individual must be able to manage multiple deadlines, have strong analytical skills, be detail oriented, display a high level of organizational skills and enjoy collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in a dynamic fast-pace environment.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for recording customer payments and performing account reconciliations
• Assist with month end close responsibilities
• Organized, detail oriented and accurate
• Investigate and resolve payment queries
• Maintain customer records
• Special projects as assigned
• Develops/Enhance documentation around customer payment process
• Builds rapport and trust with internal customers
• Collaborates with team and takes initiative on process improvement opportunities
About the You
Basic Qualifications:
• 1~~@~~ years of accounts receivable (or similar) experience
Other Qualifications:
• Strong computer skills are necessary, including Excel
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills
• Organized, detail oriented and accurate
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong ability to follow through and take ownership of issues
• Customer service focused and solution oriented
• Professional demeanor
• Continually evaluates processes and seeks to improve operational efficiencies
