Job Description:
Duties:
- Assist existing benefits team with day-to-day support of the U.S. health & welfare plans, including 401(k) plan management
- Interface with employees and internal partners to assist them with issue resolution related to their benefits plans and coverages
- Assist Benefits Manager with ad-hoc vendor management support
- Perform regular data audits, complete surveys, and work on other projects as required or requested
- Assist with reviewing and editing benefits documentation, communications, and compliance materials (as needed)
- Assist with updating leave of absence information in the HRIS system, as needed
- Support invoicing and POs (as needed)
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in high-tech (or supporting high-tech)
- Experience with Google Drive & Workday
- Experience with benefits vendor management
- Experience with 401k administration
- Experience with self-funded health plans (preferred)
Education:
Bachelor's Degree and at least three (3) years experience in a brokerage or large employer employer environment supporting employee benefit plans
