Senior level PMO/STE resource to backfill a vacancy on the Workday/Infor Transformation program.     I currently have an external person in this role who will retiring at the end of the year.

 

Senior level with subject matter expertise in Agile delivery concepts.   This person will co-lead with a Deloitte counterpart PMO 

HCM WFM Program Manager/STE Job Description

 

In summary, the Program Manager/Solution Train Engineer (PM/STE) is responsible to manage and direct a successful delivery of the HCM WFM Program. For this program, that includes vendor (Deloitte, Workday and Infor) management to ensure the SOW components are delivered on schedule and with high quality. The PM (along with the RTEs) also gathers and reports on the overall health and status of the program by coordinating with pertinent AT&T and Vendor participants. This includes supporting timely and quality deliverables by managing the tactical operations, issues and escalations as necessary. The PM role further includes risk management for the overall program as well as ensuring the team level risks are managed to resolution.

 Vendor Management - daily updates/reviews with Vendor lead and participants for all SOW deliverables and daily activities; determine status and corrective actions if needed

Integrated Timeline (program plan) - create, design, update Program level master Integrated Timeline; manage Levels 1 and 2 schedule and overall on time delivery; review weekly to insure all deliverables remain on schedule; determine impacts to Go Live and Milestone dates where necessary

ART and Scrum Team Delivery - manage across multiple scrum teams, both functional and technical; ensure cross functional work is reviewed and managed to resolution; monitor and support cutover and deployment activities and schedule; work corrective actions as needed

PMO Playbook/Governance Model - create, design and implement a Program level set of standards, processes and templates to ensure consistent delivery across the program; identify future Agile methodology approach; continue to refine as program changes and moves through delivery cycles

Risk Management - support ongoing risk identification and analysis across the program at the team and program levels; ensure reporting is consistent; review mitigation plans for impact, validity and resolution; report and escalate to leadership as needed

Program Activity Management - support process, updates and delivery of epics, features, stories and tasks (in Agile tool and process) that are needed to manage and deliver the program; assist in resolutions as necessary; report on status and escalations as needed

Organizational Change Management - monitor strategy and operations to ensure stakeholder training, communications, stakeholder engagement and change insights and analytics are delivered to program

Scope, Schedule and Budget Change Requests (CRs) - manage review, estimation and delivery schedule for CRs; manage the Change Control Board (CCB) and determine CR approval or rejections according to Governance process model

Program Health, Metrics and Status Reporting - create, review and deliver status reporting and metrics for Program teams, Steering Committee, Exec Sponsors and Business units as appropriate; manage status reporting tools and delivery to include Dashboards as needed; utilize status reporting and metrics to ensure escalations are resolved, scope and schedule are on track and to report on the HCM WFM program as a whole

PMO Strategy, Training, Support - manage program level strategic planning and decisions, manage program meetings, deliverables tracking, manage PMO Scrum team and activities; new PMO staff training, program plan and process adherence, organization and resource planning, tools usage and support any recommendations or program wide activities required for successful delivery

Quality Assurance - work with Vendor(s) to ensure periodic program level quality reviews and manage improvements as required
