The Creative Brand and Experience team within  is seeking a Project Manager who will help maintain operational excellence by providing day to day structure and logistical support for our designers, video producers, and writers.
Reporting to the Brand Program Manager, you will be managing day to day logistical operations within the Brand Marketing Team. You will be instrumental in keeping our large, geo-distributed team moving quickly in the same direction to successfully deliver key creative assets that support our Corporate Marketing objectives.


What You Will Be Doing
As a member of an enterprise level company, you will be expected to work on multiple projects at once, many of which will have executive level visibility. You thrive under pressure and are not afraid to step in to support big cross-functional initiatives. You will have the opportunity to see the fruits of your labor be deployed on our social sites, web properties and in the media, and work with a seasoned group of professionals from all over the world.
• Work within our project management software: ensuring that projects are on track (and troubleshooting when they are not), and identifying which requests are able to be worked on and which require further information before beginning work.
• Assist team members with project- related issues, enabling them to focus on creative work. This includes following up with cross functional stakeholders, setting up meetings to review and gain clarity from team leaders, and liaising with our vendors.
• Assign work to the correct members of the Creative Brand Team so that each project is properly resourced with the right level of expertise and within the correct geos (****check with KS)
• Provide regular reports to our Marketing leadership on our team's overall productivity and output. Identify where we can improve in terms of process, and where we might need additional resourcing.
• Identify seasonal needs for resourcing and brief outside vendors on projects they need to be a part of.
• Be an ambassador for our Brand team, and maintain a positive relationship across our collaborative teams.
• Occasionally (and as your experience and reputation grow within the company) be the lead project manager for special initiatives


What You Bring To The Team (Qualifications)
• 2 years of experience in Creative Program Management, or related business field.
• Education (BA in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent/related field).
• Bonus points for past design, video production, or other creative work experience.
• Proven proficiency with project management software - Wrike, Workfront, or equivalent
• You have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• You know how to communicate in a clear and concise fashion, for different audiences. You can hold your own in large meetings with diverse personalities and senior leadership present.
• You understand the needs of creative professionals and can be trusted to advocate on their behalf when needed
• You understand how to manage clients with diplomacy and empathy, and get the job done on time and under budget
