Accountabilities
Understand the license and certification of agreement employees
Manage the certification, testing and rules compliance of agreement employees
Audit, analyze and report asset performance to internal management
Lead problem solving activities to identify improvement to the business process
Understand end to end the business process and ensure it followed
Report on performance, reliability, outcomes to internal management
Understand the motor vehicle reporting (MVR) process
Handle document singeing using DocuSign
Respond timely to all incoming phone calls, conduct a thorough interview to obtain all necessary information, issue appropriate notifications to internal and external customers, and document all details of the incident
Handle multiple incidents in progress simultaneously through the use of multi-tasking, critical thinking, and prioritization
Develop recommendations that allow for continuous improvement and increased productivity in the work area, and lead the problem resolution process for customers
Be able to work independently with little input form upper management.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or higher with preference for Business Management
Organized
Fast learner
Capable of independent work
Preferred
Advanced computer skills
MS Office skills
1 or more years' experience in working with agreement employees
Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
3 or more years' experience / familiarity with Railroad Operations
