This person would be responsible for managing the adoption and evolution of the Intake & Prioritization (I&P) Interim Solution. This role will lead and coordinate the logistics & resources supporting the decentralized I&P Interim Solution / Summary Report and will be responsible for communicating changes, progress, and summary information to various stakeholders with WWRACE including but not limited to the Senior Leadership Team. An eye for detail and an understanding of data is essential to the success of the program. An ideal candidate demonstrates confident, clear, and professional communication, ability to work independently and problem-solve.


Responsibilities


- Understand the strategic value of the Intake & Prioritization effort and how the Interim Solution supports the evolution of the Intake & Prioritization Model

- Support overall program deliverables and tasks with Intake & Prioritization team and Sr. Director of Operations in alignment with achieving program goals

- Proactively analyze and test the Interim Solution for gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities

- Meet with stakeholders to provide actuate and timely program status, overall completion of program goals and mitigation plans for any identified issues and risks

- Gather feedback / change requests and analyzes impact (test update requests against scoring model) to provide recommendations on process changes to the Intake & Prioritization team and Sr. Director of Operations, when necessary

- Partner with LMA (Learning, Metrics & Analytics) contact to modify the Summary Report as needed

- Partner with Intake & Prioritization team to determine, schedule and support training sessions

- Support each group responsible for intake and prioritization of requests as it relates to reviewing requests scoring and identified prioritization conflicts

- With I&P leads manage the framework and process of escalating prioritization scenarios requiring senor leadership decisions (includes, but not limited to, summary templates, coaching of presenting information, supporting scoring model data, and key data to make prioritization decisions)

- Create, revise and maintain a library of supporting training materials as necessary

- Send regular clear communications to relevant stakeholders


Skills & Experience


- Excellent knowledge of program management and change management principles

- Proven experience planning, creating and deploying successful operations processes, streamlining processes and/or process improvements

- Ability to maneuver between strategic and tactical

- Adept at understanding, managing and interpreting assorted data sets

- Ability to translate high-level business needs and objectives into streamlined processes

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Smartsheet, Tableau, etc) is a strong advantage

- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in order to initiate, lead, manage and conduct project activities, handle conflict resolution and drive consensus with a variety of management levels, and disciplines.

- Ability to manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail & follow up

- Work efficiently both independently and in collaboration with the team
