Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Program Coordinator to join our growing Data Center Early Career Programs team. In this role, you will support the operational execution of the Catalyst Data Center Trainee Programs and broader early career program portfolio, including intern and new graduate programs.
You will serve as a critical operational partner to the Data Center OP Trainee Program Manager and the broader Early Career Programs team, ensuring the seamless execution of program activities, communications, logistics, reporting, vendor coordination, and procurement processes.

Specific Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Operations
• Support the day-to-day operational execution of the Catalyst Data Center Trainee Programs and other Early Career Programs, supporting Catalyst Early Career Global Program Managers
• Coordinate program calendars, schedules, milestones, and recurring activities.
• Manage program documentation, trackers, shared resources, templates, and operational processes.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, training schedules, program events, engagement activities, and participant touchpoints.
• Track action items, deliverables, and program deadlines to ensure timely execution.
Communications
• Draft, coordinate, and distribute communications to trainees, program participants, managers, stakeholders, and program partners.
• Manage recurring program communications, reminders, and announcements.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, notes, and follow-up actions.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for participant and stakeholder inquiries.
Procurement, Vendor Coordination & Administrative Operations
• Support purchase requisition and purchase order processes for the Data Center Onboarding & Development team, including the Catalyst Early Careers teams, and the Data Center Learning & Development team
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to support contract execution and vendor onboarding activities.
• Track invoices, purchase requests, contract renewals, and vendor deliverables.
• Maintain accurate records related to vendor engagements, program expenses, and procurement activities.
• Assist with budget tracking and reporting for program-related expenses.
Reporting & Tracking
• Maintain participant tracking systems, program dashboards, and operational reports.
• Monitor program participation, engagement, milestone completion, and key operational metrics.
• Ensure program records, documentation, and participant data remain accurate and current.
Program Logistics & Event Support
• Coordinate logistics for onboarding sessions, training events, and program activities.
• Manage meeting invitations, venue coordination, materials preparation, attendee tracking, and related logistics.
• Support virtual and in-person events across multiple locations and time zones.
Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, communications, and program coordination.
• Recommend efficiencies that support program growth and scalability.
• Support special projects and new initiatives across the Data Center Early Career Programs organization.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting onboarding, training, internship, apprenticeship, early career, or talent development programs.
• Experience supporting purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, contracts, or procurement processes.
• Experience coordinating events, trainings, workshops, or employee programs.
• Experience working with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or Program Management teams.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, technology organizations, or large-scale operational environments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience maintaining reports and tracking systems.
