Key Responsibilities
• Develop procurement strategies and present them to procurement leadership; own and drive execution of the aligned strategy.
• Plan, organize, and manage contracts and negotiations for the strategic acquisition of indirect goods and services.
• Lead supplier contract management, negotiations, and comprehensive supplier management strategies across global, regional, and local environments.
• Facilitate supplier agreement negotiations, renegotiations, and contract addendums.
• Build and maintain a robust supplier network to support capacity requirements and manage global supply chain challenges.
• Represent indirect procurement on cross-functional teams addressing supply challenges and customer needs.
• Collaborate with product, manufacturing, quality engineering, finance, and product support teams.
• Define and monitor performance metrics aligned with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives and drive continuous supplier improvement.
• Evaluate cost, quality, and risk associated with the preferred supplier base.
• Develop and implement a strategic procurement plan to define a preferred supplier base.
• Encourage early supplier involvement in new service designs to optimize quality, cost, and serviceability.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in indirect procurement with a focus on indirect facility categories
