**Overview**
Seeking an experienced Avature professional to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Avature Talent Solutions. This individual will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders to design scalable recruiting processes, configure system workflows, and drive successful platform adoption across the organization. Avature is highly configurable and supports ATS, CRM, onboarding, automation, reporting, and talent engagement capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in end-to-end implementation and rollout of Avature Talent Solutions.
* Configure workflows, forms, portals, approvals, automation, and user permissions.
* Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Avature solutions.
* Design and optimize recruiting processes within Avature ATS and CRM.
* Configure dashboards, reporting, analytics, and operational metrics.
* Support integrations with HRIS, background check vendors, assessment tools, and other enterprise systems.
* Conduct testing, UAT, training, and change management activities.
* Provide ongoing platform enhancements, troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance.
* Partner with Recruiting Operations, HR Technology, and business leaders to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
**Required Qualifications**
* Hands-on Avature implementation, configuration, or administration experience.
* Strong understanding of ATS, CRM, Talent Acquisition, and Recruiting Operations processes.
* Experience configuring workflows, forms, automation rules, portals, and reporting.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Avature Certification (Level 1-4).
* Experience with enterprise-scale recruiting organizations.
* Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and Avature Junction.
* Experience supporting global recruiting or talent management environments.
