Overview
Seeking an experienced Avature professional to lead the implementation, configuration, and enterprise rollout of Avature Talent Solutions while serving as the technical subject matter expert for Sherlock Data Lake integrations and talent data architecture. This role will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable recruiting and talent intelligence solutions. Avature implementations commonly involve workflow design, integrations, analytics, and user adoption across enterprise recruiting organizations.

This role will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable recruiting and talent intelligence solutions. Avature implementations commonly involve workflow design, integrations, analytics, and user adoption across enterprise recruiting organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of Avature Talent Solutions (ATS, CRM, Talent Management, and related modules).
- Act as the primary SME for Sherlock Data Lake integrations, data flows, and talent intelligence reporting.
- Design, configure, and optimize Avature workflows, forms, portals, automation, and reporting capabilities.
- Define and manage integrations between Avature, Sherlock Data Lake, HRIS, and other enterprise platforms.
- Partner with Data Engineering teams to ensure data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy.
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management activities.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Support release management, testing, and continuous platform enhancement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing and administering Avature Talent Solutions.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, ATS/CRM platforms, and recruiting operations.
- Experience with enterprise data integrations, APIs, ETL processes, and data lake environments.
- Ability to work across HR, Recruiting, IT, and Data teams in a consultative leadership capacity.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Avature Level 3 or Level 4 Certification.
- Experience supporting talent intelligence, workforce analytics, or recruiting data platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms, reporting tools, and enterprise HR technology ecosystems.
- Previous experience leading global or large-scale Avature rollouts.
