A senior Avature SME to assist with implementing and rolling out Agentic AI functionality with Avature Talent.
- Must have Avature implementation/configuration experience along with AI knowledge using Agentic AI, CoPilot, ect
The role is responsible for aligning platform capabilities with business objectives and enabling data-driven talent decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom Avature solutions.
- Implementing and rolling out Agentic AI functionality with Avature Talent
- Advise stakeholders on Avature best practices and platform capabilities using Agentic AI, CoPilot, ect
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT leaders on solution architecture.
- Train internal teams on advanced Avature functionality.
