Position Overview

We are seeking a highly structured, analytical, and partner-facing GSI Program Manager to support the rapid growth of our Emerging Global System Integrator (GSI) program.

In this role, you will work directly alongside the Director of the program and team leadership to drive our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy with key strategic partners.

The ideal candidate possesses a management consulting background (e.g., Accenture or similar), combining an innate ability to build structured processes with a polished, partner-facing presence.

You are equally comfortable organizing high-level pipeline data in Excel as you are translating that data into beautiful, executive-ready presentations to enable internal teams and external partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

??? Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution: Partner closely with the Program Director and leadership to accelerate GTM motion with Emerging GSI partners.

??? Partner Management & Progression: Lead and participate in meetings with GSI partners, helping them progress through onboarding milestones and joint GTM plays.

??? Process & Program Architecture: Establish a strong, repeatable operational framework and process to manage the lifecycle of the Emerging GSI program.

??? Enablement & Asset Creation: Design and deliver internal enablement programs, training materials, and executive-level slide decks to socialize the program's value and updates.

??? Pipeline Tracking & Reporting: Oversee high-level program tracking, managing pipeline data and synthesizing metrics into clear, actionable business insights for leadership.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

??? Professional Background: 3+ years of experience in management consulting (Accenture, Deloitte, or similar enterprise tech consulting environment strongly preferred).

??? Education: BA/BS degree required; MBA is a plus.

??? Presentation & Design Skills: Exceptional ability to build crisp, visually compelling, and structured slide decks for executive and partner-facing audiences.

??? Business Acumen & Analytics: Comfortable navigating high-level sales pipelines and programmatic data (CRM/Excel) to extract trends without needing deep data engineering skills.

??? Communication & Presence: Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to interface directly with external partner stakeholders and internal cross-functional leaders.

??? Adaptability: Proven ability to build structure out of ambiguity and establish processes from scratch.
