Join our Global Procurement team as a LATAM Logistics Analyst and contribute to strategic sourcing and operations initiatives across the region.
This role supports strategic sourcing initiatives, key administrative activities, compliance processes, and operational support across logistics categories in LATAM—including transportation, customs, drayage, distribution centers/3PLs, and supporting logistics services. The Analyst will work closely with stakeholders from Finance, Logistics, and Global Procurement.What You’ll Do• Support the Logistics transition to a new financial system, including PO migration, supplier setup, and internal/external stakeholder communications.
• Promote adoption and usage of the Coupa e-sourcing platform for standardization and efficiency.
• Support execution of end-to-end RFI/RFQ/RFP processes—from preparation and distribution to supplier evaluation and selection, in collaboration with Sr Manager and Integrated Sourcing Team (IST).
• Support the source-to-pay process including supplier setups, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
• Develop executive presentations for project updates and key stakeholder communications.
• Execute internal compliance requirements including legal document review, approvals tracking, exception documentation, and filing.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends in assigned categories to support sourcing strategies.
• Lead communications and coordination for LATAM logistics-related projects and initiatives.
What You Bring• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related area.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and financial figures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across organizational levels, including senior leadership.
• Understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes and supply chain fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Oracle or Coupa systems is a plus.
• Portuguese (verbal and written) is a plus.
