We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mainframe Developer to support enterprise applications with a focus on reliability, performance, and scalability. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, and VSAM, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role requires hands-on development, production support, and mentoring responsibilities in a high-quality, zero-defect delivery environment.

- Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, and JCL
- Develop and support both online (CICS) and batch (JCL) processing systems
- Work with DB2 and VSAM databases for data processing and optimization
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
- Use tools like JIRA to manage tasks, defects, and workflows
- Mentor junior developers and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions
- Participate in system enhancements, testing, and deployment activities
