Customer Education Specialist
As a member of Global Education Services, the successful candidate will work with Nutanix stakeholders and Customers in converting pre-paid Education Services into scheduled classes for revenue recognition.
Your Role:
The Senior Customer Education Specialist is responsible for maximizing the recognition of Education revenue by accelerating the consumption of purchased, but unused, Education services. This involves analyzing data and driving customer engagement through targeted outreach that leverages internal communications channels. You’ll be working within multiple application systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Nutanix University Learning Management System), and collaborating with Sales, Services Operations, Services Sales Managers, and Customer Success to ensure "backlog burndown" targets are met.
Responsibilities:
??? Manage Education backlog process through continuous cadence with Sales, Services Sales Managers, Services Operations, and Customers
??? Manage subsequent private class requests and provide course choice recommendations for public class scheduling and self-service options to accelerate revenue recognition
??? Make recommendations from Nutanix Education offerings for use and consumption based on available Education products and Nutanix products
??? Create and manage burndown processes and documentation for continuous improvement while optimizing Customer experience
??? Hand off private class coordination from first connection point through delivery to appropriate coordinator
??? Manage stakeholder expectations by updating progress in an accurate and timely manner
??? Accurately update systems of record to reflect activity and burn down in Salesforce, NetSuite, and Nutanix University Learning Management System
??? Provide accurate and timely reports on backlog burndown
Qualifications:
??? Excellent verbal and written business communication skills and high level of proficiency in English
??? Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously
??? Highly organized and disciplined with extreme attention to detail
??? Excellent time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
??? Strong problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust and communicate with all levels of management and customers globally
??? Technical ability to understand products offered within the Education product portfolio to make sound recommendations to Customers
??? Ability to adhere to and enforce processes and company terms and conditions in delicate, challenging situations with grace and a customer service mindset
??? Willingness to work in Eastern time zone, supporting primarily Europe and the United States
