Description:

You will work with multiple departments and subject matter experts to brainstorm, plan and create instructional content. An advanced knowledge in using a variety of techniques to develop instructional materials and leveraging technology to deliver them is a must. You will need some experience in technical writing, graphic design, animation, and some experience in 3D modeling is preferred. The ideal candidate will understand how thoughtfully created multimedia content helps meet the needs of accessibility, usability, and the training experience.

You will interact with multiple teams outside of 3D Vision, where collaboration, clear communication and organization are crucial. The ability to handle multiple projects within a tight timeframe is expected. You will need to thrive within a complex, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

•             Has good judgment on how potential creative and design ideas will work within the program.

•             Quick learner when faced with complex problems and quick to adapt to change.

•             Help write and edit instructional content.

•             Edit and maintain animated content.

•             Develop new or maintain existing content.

•             Experience with technical writing is highly sought after.

•             Creative individual that can work independently with focused vision on the task at hand.

•             Candidate must be able to think independently but present ideas or changes thoughtfully for team approval.
