The Integrations Technical Lead will help us transform to a modern cloud financials platform. This candidate should have proven SDLC project management experience, working in ‘partnership’ with a Big 4 consulting firm, in delivering a large integration landscape for an Oracle cloud implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
:

  • Act as Project Lead for the Integrations workstream of the Oracle Cloud transition project
  • Manage a complex project and schedule for a large number of integrations
  • Drive all tasks to completion, not stopping at problem identification but rather, talking to all necessary stakeholders to find potential solutions to any problems, issues or risks, hence ‘rolling up your sleeves’ to get this work done
  • Work in partnership with the systems integrator, and take ownership of the delivery of all integrations
  • Drive the execution of the end-to-end build of each data integration from source systems to Oracle Cloud, and from Oracle Cloud to target systems: including on-prem and other SaaS applications
  • Create dashboards and Status Reports highlighting and filtering key accomplishments, issues, and risks for escalation to senior leadership
  • Communicate project implementation options that affect cost, schedule, and risk to stakeholders as well as other recommendations based on these elements
  • The Ideal candidate should have a proven record of successfully analysing all aspects of a project and consistently delivering with minimal guidance
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture, development, and systems integrator teams on all key decisions and on-going integration work
  • Manage technical delivery resources supporting the integration, development, testing, and deployment activities in both onshore and offshore models
  • Work with various infrastructure teams and Security to ensure proper security frameworks are in place for the integration applications and tools used
  • Collaborate with system owners, functional, and business teams to understand requirements, technical designs, and other technical documents

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience managing the implementation of Oracle Integration projects between Oracle on-prem, Oracle cloud ERP, EPM and other 3rd party systems (on prem and cloud)
  • Be Solution minded, don’t just uncover problems, investigate and propose solutions
  • Willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and get involved to get the job done and delivered
  • Ability to manage many simultaneous project tasks and schedules, with varying complexity, while wearing multiple hats to drive issues to resolution
  • Ability to work with business users and IT teams to understand requirements, technical designs, and other technical documents. Create and review project and resource plans from these and drive task execution to completion with appropriate reporting and escalation as necessary
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, and web development processes
  • Demonstrated decision-making, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with expertise in MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work from the Mattel El Segundo, CA headquarters
