- Experience with Reporting from the Avaya Platform (CMS, POM, AEP, CBA, Context Store)
- Deep knowledge of KPIs used in the Contact Center and an understanding of collecting the data from various data sources.
- Experience developing logical and Physical data models (Transactional (ER), Dimensional (Snowflake, Star).
- Work collaboratively with Architects, Application Engineers, Analysts, Business and IT leaders throughout the company to understand data needs and use cases
- Write complex SQL queries involving multiple tables inner and outer joins
- Proficiency in creating tables, views, stored procedures, user defined functions and other T- SQL statements for various applications
- Knowledge of software development life cycle, database design, RDBMS, data warehousing and data modeling concepts
