Job Description:

    1 Lead client C1 Senior Consultant 1 Must Mandatory experience of 8 years in managing production support engagements with extensive experience in L1 L2 L3 support
    2 Experience managing a team of 20 resources
    3 Strong experience on Incident Management Change Management and Problem Management
    4 Supporting the PM with Metrics SLA monitoring and reporting by tracking at a LoB level
    5 Shift management for 24 X 7 support
    6 Understanding of Financial Services domain esp Banking and Capital Markets
    7 Resource planning management and mentoring coaching
    8 Business continuity planning and execution
    9 Experience with Operational items metrics automation trainings etc
    10 Strong experience with Root Cause Analysis
    11 Experience with incident management tools like Service Now is mandatory
    12 Must Technical experience around using ASP NET MVC 4 0 Net Framework using C XML XSD XSLT WSDL SOAP and REST based web services SOAP JMS Database Oracle DB2 SQL Server PSQL Scripting PERL Shell and Batch on Windows and Unix Operating System
    13 Must Experience managing Distributed middleware and desktop applications 15 Plus Experience in Java technologies.
    14 Should have experience with Transition management and Knowledge Management
