Staffing Technologies, LLC Strengthens Regional Staffing Business Through Merger with Enterprise Staffing Group of Dallas
Atlanta, Georgia – June 21, 2010 – Staffing Technologies, a leading provider of information technology and telecommunications resources for both large and small companies since 1994, today announced it has merged its Dallas operations with Enterprise Staffing Group, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The merger expands Staffing Technologies’ business practice in Dallas and more than doubles the headcount in the Dallas branch and the number of consultants who work directly for Staffing Technologies.
In business since 2004, Enterprise Staffing Group has specialized in placing technology professionals in the fields of information technology and telecommunications as well as financial, human resources and executive positions.
“We found a very solid company in Enterprise Staffing Group and its CEO/founder Jason Yaklin,” said Staffing Technologies’ CEO Jim McNabb. “He has worked very hard to build an impressive list of clients and has provided great industry expertise in providing the best technology professionals while deploying consistent customer service that keeps clients coming back.”
The merger was finalized on June 14, 2010. All Enterprise Staffing Group employees will remain in their current home office in Frisco, Texas, and the staff of Staffing Technologies will join them from their current office in Richardson, Texas.
“I’m proud of the business we’ve grown in the Dallas area since it’s one of the fastest growing regions in the country, even in the middle of the economic challenges the rest of the U.S. has faced,” said Jason Yaklin, Managing Director of Dallas Operations, Staffing Technologies. “In working with Jim and his team over the past three months, I discovered that our goals are very similar and I’m excited to be a part of a concerted effort to keep growing the technology staffing business in Texas.”

Since then, we’ve grown steadily into a $45 million company with over 300 consultants billing in 37 states in the U.S., and across the world in countries such as Canada and Singapore.” Over the last four years, the company has expanded outside of Atlanta by opening branch offices in Seattle (2007), Dallas (2007), and Singapore (2008), along with the launch of a temporary staffing division, Staffing Priorities (2006). “2009 was tough for anyone in the staffing industry, most particularly information technology,” said McNabb. “However we began to see a steady recovery that we now realize began in October 2009. We have seen a steady and significant increase in all key metrics around our business – revenue, gross margin, headcount, and days sales outstanding. “While the last 18 months have been too difficult to roll out the ‘let the good times roll’ banner just yet, I am very pleased with the focus and results of my team across the United States and in Singapore. We can realistically expect a solidly profitable year in 2010, and I credit my entire team for maintaining their focus on bottom-line activities that achieve great results.” About Staffing Technologies Staffing Technologies is a global information technology staffing company that provides creative and customized staffing solutions for companies of all sizes. "The high-tech job market can be fickle in the best of times, with demand for specialty skills shifting along with fast-moving trends. In the worst of times, the best bet for job seekers is to double up on their skill sets. There will always be demand for highly qualified candidates, but those who can wear the most hats are likely to have a better shot at scarcer opportunities."
